Maquillaje Permenente
Never
ever look in the mirror after waking up and thinking:
Oh my ... that's bad. No fuss in the morning, never
go to the swimming pool or to the golf course and be
afraid your eyeliner or brows will vanish. Cry baby
cry and you will still look great!
These are some of the reasons people have Permanent
Make-Up or Cosmetic Tattooing also known as Micro-pigmentation.
As this technique becomes increasingly more popular
it is ideal for anyone wanting to achieve a natural
looking alternative to make-up.
Common Procedures
There are many different procedures a permanent cosmetic
technician can provide. It's a very personal state of
art I think. The most frequently requested procedures
are eyebrows, eyeliner, and lip color. These procedures
take between 1-2 hours. The techniques are called "micro-pigmentation",
"micro-pigment implantation" or "dermagraphics"
- modern application of pigments inserted into the dermis
layer of the skin. At Spa Cielo we use state of the
art, digital, permanent makeup system from Germany.
You will experience the comfortable and controlled implantation
of natural pigments. All needles are sterile, disposable,
and single use. penetrate a few millimeters deep at
high speed. You may experience a slight discomfort,
some more than others, depending on the area. Slight
swelling and redness will occur, but should return back
to normal by the following day.
Eyeliner
Women who use eye make-up always use eyeliner to enlarge
the look of the eyes. Does your eyeliner smudge? Does
it wear off during the day? Have trouble getting it
straight or even? Allergic to cosmetic products or your
allergies cause you to re-apply several times a day?
Maybe your job requires that you go traditional make-up
free.
More women everyday are finding that for the above
reasons eyeliner is perfect for them. Eyeliner can be
applied in many styles and colors, from soft, natural-looking
lash enhancement to a defined line. This procedure will
give you a more dramatic defined look.
Eyebrows
The eyebrows frame the face. Women with no eyebrows
are finding that permanent eyebrows are perfect for
them. The permanent make up artist can reconstruct and
shape the eyebrow by replicating each hair at a microscopic
level. And they are perfect for camouflaging scars and
it brings character to your face. The hair simulation
process gives the look of hair where the eyebrows are
thin or missing. The effect is a natural look.
Lips
Tired
of using your lipstick and lipliner and lipstick over
and over after diner, after kissing? Lip Liner corrects
asymmetry and adds definition and fullness. It can reshape
your lips. The line can be applied lightly for a very
natural look or more heavily for a dramatic look, depending
on the client's wishes. You can also change or perfect
your lip shape or change the look of your lips and face.
It is also possible to skillfully soften the color
into the lips to create a flattering blush effect. The
centre of the lip may be highlighted with gloss to complete
the look. Are your lips too light, too dark or just
the wrong color? The lip blush procedure adds a soft
mist of color which gets lighter toward the inner lip.
Aftercare
Once the treatment is complete the area treated will
appear quite dark. This is normal and within the next
three to six days the pigment will start to flake off
during the healing process, which in turn will give
a lighter and more natural look.
After a month it is advised to have a retouch. This
is to ensure lasting results. Expect your permanent
make-up to last one to two years.
The next three to six days will mean avoiding the use
of cosmetics to the area. This is to minimize infection.
The use of sun beds or fake tans should be avoided as
well as direct exposure to bright sunlight for at least
two to three weeks, otherwise this may cause the pigment
to fade or even change in color.
How long does micro-pigmentation last for?
Semi permanent make-up can last up to 2 years or more,
but can differ on each person due to maintenance regime.
Exposure to sun, products containing Glycolic, Retin
A etc.can shorten the time with gradual fading or treatments
that encourage skin cell removal.
Is it painful?
You will feel a slight discomfort, but once the topical
anesthetic is applied it will be much more tolerable.
Lips are sensitive and depending on the individuals
pain threshold
